Indian law firm HSA Advocates has added Bharat Sharma to the firm’s corporate commercial practice in Mumbai from Naik Naik & Co. 

Sharma, who becomes HSA’s twelfth partner specialises in M&A, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, regulatory advisory and general corporate. Previously, he worked with Crawford Bayley Advocates & Solicitors, Talwar Thakore & Associates  and Khaitan & Co.

Sharma’s hiring comes a month after that of partner Sharath Chandrashekhar, who joined the firms newly opened Bangalore office. HSA currently has 24 partners & associate partners across its offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata.
