HSA Advocates has hired Sharath Chandrasekhar as a partner in the firm’s newly opened office in Bengaluru from Citius Law, a law firm that he founded.

Chandrasekhar has more than a decade of work experience with expertise in handling domestic and international clients in banking and finance, real estate, private equity and venture capital transactions.

Prior to Citius Law, Chandrasekhar worked at J Sagar Associates and also had in-house stints with Axis Bank, and Cargill.

HSA opened its Bengaluru office last month after hiring partner Megha Arora from Khaitan & Co. With Chandrasekhar’s arrival, HSA currently has 23 partners and associate partners, with offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata.
