India’s HSA Advocates has hired a team of five litigation lawyers in Mumbai from PKA Advocates, including partner Amit Jajoo.

Jajoo becomes HSA’s 10th dispute resolution partner, and the firm’s third in Mumbai. He has over twelve years of experience in litigation before India’s Supreme Court, the Bombay High Court, Company Law Board and various Tribunals, as well as in domestic and international arbitration. He was previously the Mumbai office head at PKA, with which HSA had a brief merger back in 2009. 

Jajoo joins HSA along with an associate partner, Sushmita Gandhi, and a team of three associates. Gandhi has about decade of experience in handling matters related to banking, commercial Litigation and alternate dispute resolution.
