Indian law firm HSA Advocates has hired corporate expert Jivesh Chandrayan as a partner in its New Delhi office from Kochhar & Co.

Chandrayan has more than 13 years of experience in advising Indian and multinational corporations in industries such as IT & ITES, telecom, defence, power, renewable energy, infrastructure, mining services and real estate. Apart from guiding them on general corporate advisory matters, he also conducts due diligence for governance and regulatory compliance.

Prior to his stint with Kochhar, Chandrayan spent five years with JDS Lawchambers, and another three with Fox Mandal

With the addition of Chandrayan, HSA now has 33 partners and associate partners.
