Indian law firm Hammurabi & Solomon Partners has hired Pathik Arora as senior partner from InterGlobe Hotels and Azure Power, where he was vice president for legal and secretarial.

Arora has extensive experience in the investments and funding space, including M&A, JVs, PE investments, project financing, USD bond issuance in international markets, power purchase agreements, as well as land lease and infrastructure agreements.  

He also had a nearly four-year stint as an associate partner with ILF Advocates and spent six years as a legal counsel with TechnipFMC.

Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has brought on Sugandha Asthana, who was the general counsel at fintech firm FPL Technologies, as a partner in its Mumbai-based banking and finance practice.
