Indian law firm Trilegal has welcomed Kannan Rahul as partner for its banking and finance practice from J Sagar Associates (JSA) in Mumbai.
Rahul specialises in international banking, project finance, trade finance, general corporate lending, bond issuances and restructuring.
Prior to his nearly three-year stint in JSA, Rahul was with ICICI Bank in Hong Kong, where he served as group head of the corporate legal team.
