JSA Advocates & Solicitors has continued its market-leading expansion in 2024 with the addition of corporate attorney Harshit Anand as a retained partner in its Gurugram office.

Anand joins from AP & Partners, where he was a partner. He was previously at Trilegal for close to five years, during which he completed a six-month secondment in Tokyo with Japanese law firm Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.

Anand has over a decade of experience in transactional and advisory matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and regulatory advisory.

JSA has had an unprecedented year in terms of inorganic expansion, led by large groups of hires to its infrastructureantitrustM&Adisputes, and real estate practices.

Earlier this month, the firm welcomed capital markets partner Anuj Pethia from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
