India’s J. Sagar Associates has promoted eight lawyers to its equity partnership across four offices.

The lawyers are Amitabh Kumar, Anupam Verma and Dheeraj Nair in New Delhi; Divyanshu Pandey, Rupinder Malik and Siddharth Shankar in Gurgaon; Vikram Raghani in Mumbai; and Gerald Manoharan in Bengaluru.

“The partnership warmly welcomes and congratulates our new equity partners,” said Berjis Desai, senior partner of JSA, in a statement. “As an equal opportunity firm, JSA remains committed to its collegiate model, which is not owned and controlled by any individual or family.”

The eight new partners takes the total number of equity partners at JSA to 33.
