Boutique law firm KBH Kaanuun has named former SNR Denton partner D.K. Singh as an equity partner at its Dubai office.

Singh, who joins the firm from London, formerly managed SNR Denton’s India practice, advising Indian and other South and Far East Asian corporations, particularly in acquisitions of mineral resources, and oil and gas. He also has extensive experience in advising on commodity transactions and international commercial arbitrations.

Singh is dually qualified with experience and permission to work in India as well as the United Kingdom.

KBH Kaanuun is based in the Dubai International Financial Centre in the United Arab Emirates, and is registered by the Dubai Financial Services Authority with offices in Dubai, Kuwait, and Bahrain. ALB
