Kennedys Legal Solutions has appointed corporate specialist Chong Eng Wee as a partner in Singapore from RHTLaw Taylor Wessing. 

Wee’s practice covers corporate and securities laws, capital markets, M&A, PE, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, corporate and commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance advisory, and corporate secretarial work. 

He has also acted for clients in various cross-border transactions with PRC elements and frequently advises listed companies on their regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues.   

Prior to joining RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, Wee was associate director at Duane Morris & Selvam, where he worked for more than four years. He began his career as an associate at Withers KhattarWong in 2009.
