Kensington Swan has added a new partner to its Auckland office. Former Bell Gully senior associate Hayley Miller has joined the firm’s corporate and commercial practice as a partner. She has extensive experience in IT, telecommunications and broader technology transactions, as well as outsourcing, commercial supply and procurement, sale of businesses and franchising. Prior to Bell Gully she worked at Ashurst in the UK.

The firm will also be appointing a new chief executive partner in the near future following the appointment of current chief executive partner Clayton Kimpton, to the role of regional director for the new India, Middle East and Africa region at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise.
