Khaitan & Co has hired dispute resolution specialist Sachin Mandlik as a partner in Mumbai from Legasis Partners.

Mandlik, who has 16 years of experience, has advised on a variety of claims and has experience of dealing with disputes under several forms of contracts. He has advised and acted for multinational and industrial houses on various complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.

“On behalf of the firm, I am delighted to welcome Sachin to the team at Khaitan & Co, Mumbai,” said partner Rabindra Jhunjhunwala in a statement. “Sachin brings with him several years of litigation experience, and has worked in Mumbai. The appointment will enhance our expertise in the dispute resolution/litigation practice.”
