Korean law firm Shin & Kim has added four tax lawyers in Seoul: Sunny Kim, who joins as a senior foreign attorney and head of the firm’s international tax practice, and tax experts Ellen Go, Michelle Kim and Sae Bom Baik.

Both Kims join from Deloitte Korea, while Go was previously with Samil PwC and Baik was an associate at Bae, Kim & Lee.

Sunny Kim focuses on cross-border M&A, including structuring of transactions and optimization of effective tax rates. She previously served as chair of the international taxation subcommittee of the legislation committee within Korea’s Ministry of Economy and Finance.
