Bae, Kim & Lee, Korea’s third-largest law firm, has hired capital markets specialist Jeong-Hoon Lee as a partner in Seoul from rival Shin & Kim.

Lee’s areas of practice include capital markets, finance (acquisition, aircraft/shipping and project) and private equity.

During his time at Shin & Kim, Lee acted on multiple IPOs, including those of Aekyung Industrial and Enzychem Lifesciences.

Bae, Kim & Lee ranked 25th on the 2018 edition of the ALB Top 50 largest Asian law firms. The firm also won five titles at the ALB Korea Law Awards, 2018.
