Latham & Watkins has hired banking and restructuring specialist Howard Lam as a partner in the firm’s finance department in Hong Kong.

Lam focuses on banking, finance, debt restructuring and insolvency work, and advises Hong Kong and PRC corporates and financial institutions on financings and restructurings across Asia and Europe.

Lam joins Latham & Watkins from Freshfield Bruckhaus Deringer in Hong Kong, where he was a partner.
