Widyawan & Partners, Linklaters’ association firm in Indonesia, has welcome back corporate expert Teguh Arwiko as a partner in Jakarta from Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung (HBT), Herbert Smith Freehills’ association firm.

Teguh represents private equity and sovereign wealth funds in public and private M&A and JVs, with a particular focus on the financial services, TMT/digital economy and real estate sectors. 

He previously spent some months at Widyawan in 2016-17 as a managing associate, sandwiched by two stint at HBT that totaled close to 12 years.  

With this addition, Widyawan now has six partners.

HBT, meanwhile, added two partners recently from HHP Law Firm and telecom company Sarana Menara Nusantara.
