Magic Circle firm Linklaters has added Xiaoxi Lin and Alessandro Nolet as partners in Hong Kong from Kirkland & Ellis and White & Case, respectively.

M&A specialist Lin focuses on control buyouts and growth capital investments, private equity and public takeovers. Prior to joining Kirkland, Lin spent six years at Davis Polk & Wardwell’s New York, Beijing, and Hong Kong offices.

Meanwhile, Nolet, who earlier worked with Linklaters, assists banks and other financial institutions, private equity funds and corporates on matters of finance and restructuring transactions. He was most recently a partner in White & Case’s Milan office.

Following Lin and Nolet’s additions, there are currently 26 partners in the Hong Kong office of Linklaters.
