India’s L&L Partners has grown its mergers & acquisitions practice in Delhi with the hire of a three-member team, including partner Navin Syiem, from IndusLaw.

This is L&L’s second partner hire in recent days after Abir Dey, who joined from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Mumbai.

Joining Syiem at L&L are managing associate Nitin Gera and senior associate Shruti Barua.

In 2016, Syiem and partner Avirup Nag were a part of a seven-member team that joined IndusLaw from HSA Advocates.

Syiem has nearly two decades of legal experience. He specialises in banking and finance, M&A,  private equity, joint ventures and capital markets. Prior to his stint at HSA, Syiem was a senior associate at Ashurst.
