Loeb & Loeb’s Hong Kong associate firm, Pang & Co., has hired Jae Chul Lee as a partner in the firm’s capital markets group.

Lee advises Korean companies and financial institutions on corporate and financing matters, including M&A, IPOs, project finance, structured finance, cross-border securitisation and corporate restructurings. He also advises on debt capital markets work involving issuers from Korea, China and Hong Kong.

Lee joins Pang & Co. from DLA Piper’s Hong Kong office, where he was a partner.

Loeb & Loeb entered into an association with Pang & Co. in October 2012 when the U.S. firm opened an office in Hong Kong. The office now comprises 20 attorneys and solicitors.
