Maddocks has recruited Robert Monahan as a consultant to the commercial team in Sydney.
Monahan specialises in wills, estate planning, trusts law, intergenerational wealth transfer and estate administration generally. He is an accredited specialist in the areas of wills and estate law, one of only 54 such specialists in NSW.
Monahan joins Maddocks from the Australian Executor Trustees Limited (part of the IOOF group), where he worked for eight years as special counsel and manager of their national estate planning team.
Maddocks CEO David Rennick said the Monahan’s speciality was one that very few firms in the Sydney market provided.
