Indian law firm Majmudar & Partners has hired Christopher Krishnamoorthy, a former counsel at Trilegal, as an associate partner in its Mumbai office.

Krishnamoorthy’s experience includes public and private M&A, private equity, joint ventures, asset sales, investment advisory work, and commercial contracts, including contracts for the development of power projects.

A lawyer since 1997, Krishnamoorthy has also worked with Kochhar & Co in New Delhi, with White & Case in Moscow, and with Jones Day in London.
