Kuala Lumpur-headquartered Azmi & Associates has welcomed back intellectual property specialist Khairul Fazli Abdul Kadir from Shukor & Associates. 

Khairul Fazli, who will be the partner in charge of Azmi’s multimedia, technology and IP practice group, focuses on advising clients about matters relating to biotechnology, information and communication technology, and franchising, among others.

His first joined Azmi as an IP associate in 2006 and was promoted to partner in 2012. He left the firm in 2014 for Shukor, where he headed the IP and commercial practice group. 

Khairul Fazli is also a trademark and industrial design agent registered with MyIPO, the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia.
