Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, India’s largest law firm, has acquired the practice of Ashni Parekh in Mumbai, who advises a roster of A-list celebrity clients including Bollywood actors Priyanka Chopra, Saif Ali Khan and Sushmita Sen.

Parekh, who will join CAM as a senior advisor, has grown the practice over the past 14 years. Her clients from Bollywood production houses and directors to actors, music composers and writers, and she has expertise in film finance and film production.

Parekh launched her practice in 2007 after working for 14 years at Nishith Desai Associates.
