Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has welcomed back corporate practitioner Jeeta Nayak as a partner in Mumbai from Samvad Partners.

With more than 14 years of experience, Nayak advises private equity investors, promoter groups and companies in pharmaceuticals and healthcare, financial services, insurance, e-commerce, construction and development, infrastructure and power on cross-border investments, divestments and exits, including M&A and PE deals.

Before joining Samvad in 2021, she worked at CAM, joining the firm from the legacy Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co.

Nayak’s arrival has brought the number of CAM partners in Mumbai to 74. The office recently lost corporate partners Danish Kazi and Manan Mehta to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
