DLA Piper has relocated Paul Chen from Silicon Valley to Hong Kong, and named him head of the firm’s Asia corporate practice.

With more than 15 years of experience, Chen advises corporate and private equity clients on M&A, investment, divestitures and other corporate transactions. He specialises in the insurance sector.

"Paul's deep understanding of the Asia market, strong ties to our Silicon Valley practice and expertise in private equity, insurance and technology will further bolster our Corporate practice in Asia,” said Terry O’Malley, global co-CEO of DLA Piper, in a statement.
