Singapore law firm Colin Ng & Partners has promoted investment funds and financial services specialist Amit Ramkrishn Dhume to its partnership.

Dhume has more than 10 years of experience in corporate law, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory and compliance. He advises on investments into Asia and matters relating to cross border transactions particularly on structures for investments into India.

He also listed corporations and financial institutions on licensing issues and continuing compliance obligations. Additionally, Dhume works with fund managers to assist them to establish funds and fund management companies and offer the funds.

Dhume’s promotion takes the number of partners at CNP up to 17.
