Susandarini & Partners, Norton Rose’s Indonesia affiliate, has hired Tasdikiah Siregar as a banking and finance partner, and senior associate Haryo Baskoro from local firm Makarim & Taira S. Tasdikiah.

Tasdikiah, a banking and finance lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in Indonesia, has advised banks on transactional debt finance work and undertaking mergers and acquisitions in the banking and financial sector, along with the integration of foreign bank branch offices in Indonesia. She is also an aviation specialist, and has headed the aviation practice at her previous firm.
