Offshore law firm Ogier has moved Oliver Payne from its Cayman Islands office to Hong Kong, where he has been named as a partner in the Caribbean Dispute Resolution team.

As a commercial litigation practitioner with more than six years’ experience of Cayman company disputes and insolvency and restructuring, Payne has acted for financial institutions operating in London and Hong Kong.
