Ogier has set up a dispute resolution practice in Hong Kong to serve Asian clients, relocating partner Ray Ng from the BVI to Hong Kong.

Ng specialises in offshore litigation and has acted for financial institutions and high net worth individuals in the region.

Ogier’s dispute resolution service in Asia will advise on BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, and Jersey company law, board and shareholder disputes, corporate insolvency and matters of winding up, investor and founder disputes, and effect of decisions by the Hong Kong Matrimonial Division on Cayman and BVI trusts.
