Pinsent Masons has promoted Chen Han Toh and Nicholas Turner to the firm’s partnership in Singapore and Hong Kong, respectively.

Both Toh and Turner specialise in litigation, arbitration and mediation, with a focus on contentious construction and engineering matters. Turner has also worked in the firm’s Dubai office, where he handled several domestic arbitration cases.

The appointments of Toh and Turner are part of Pinsent Masons’ global round of promotions, which saw 27 other lawyers join the firm’s partnership.

Pinsent Masons now has more than 400 partners worldwide.

The firm is also planning to set up shop in Australia, hiring three partners from Maddocks earlier this month.
