Naresh Mahtani, a founder partner at ATMD Bird & Bird in Singapore and most recently a partner at INCA Law, has moved to Eldan Law.

Mahtani is the second partner INCA Law has lost in recent weeks, after criminal litigator Shashi Nathan moved to KhattarWong.

Mahtani’s practice focuses mainly on construction, oil and gas projects, and international dispute resolution.

Eldan Law, which specialises in dispute resolution and construction law, was founded in 2010 by partners Edwin Lee, Daniel Koh and Lawrence Tan.

In an emailed statement, the firm said it was “delighted to have Naresh join as one of its partners. Naresh brings a wealth of wisdom and experience in dispute resolution and construction and engineering projects in the region.”
