At CNP, Koh will specialise in estate planning, matters related to Singapore’s Mental Capacity Act, civil and criminal law litigation, mediation and arbitration.

With a career in public service spanning nearly 40 years, Koh has served as a magistrate, assistant registrar, district judge and registrar in the Subordinate Courts of Singapore. The hire of Koh comes a few months after CNPLaw added Low Wee Siong as a partner from Singapore boutique Wong Tan & Molly Lim.

With Koh’s hire, CNPLaw has 23 partners.
