Hogan Lovells Lee & Lee has hired Kent Phillips as a partner in its litigation and arbitration practice from Berwin Leighton Paisner, where he was the co-head of its international arbitration practice.

Phillips, who had stints at Linklaters, Winston & Strawn and Addleshaw Goddard before joining BLP, is experienced as counsel and as arbitrator, particularly in the energy sector – including projects and construction – and also in financial services. Cases handled by him include the high-profile Berezovsky litigation in England.
