Singapore boutique firm TSMP Law Corporation has hired litigation expert Adrian Tan as a partner in its dispute resolution practice from Morgan Lewis Stamford, where he was a director.

Tan, who is noted for his litigation work in technology and intellectual property matters, is also an expert in collective sales litigation, particularly pertaining to residential properties. In two well-known matters – Thomson View and Gilstead Court – he successfully resisted en bloc applications by exposing unfair or bad faith practices.

Prior to spending more than four years at Morgan Lewis Stamford (previously Stamford Law), Tan worked for more than two decades at Drew & Napier, the firm he joined as a pupil.

TSMP has also hired Chee Chin Wi as an associate director in its transactional practice. Chee spent more than seven years at Lee & Lee previously, apart from three years in in-house roles at two multinational companies.
