Withers KhattarWong, the Singapore formal law alliance between Withers and KhattarWong, has hired local law firm Colin Ng & Partners’ (CNP) finance and real estate team, including partner Kenneth Szeto.

Szeto’s team consists of senior associate John Tan and legal executives, Juliet Ee and Joey Koo. The team acts across asset finance, corporate finance, and project finance matters, with a particular focus on real estate transactions. 

Szeto advises on domestic and cross-border transactions in the banking and finance and real estate. He and his team also advise family offices, property investors, funds and high-net-worth individuals. 

Prior to joining CNP, Szeto was a partner at local law firm Tan Kok Quan Partnership, and before that he had short stints at international outfits Watson Farley & Williams and O'Melveny & Myers.
