Shearman & Sterling has promoted 13 lawyers to its partnership worldwide, including three in Asia.

The new partners include litigation specialist Brian Burke and capital markets expert Alan Yeung in Hong Kong, and capital markets lawyer Trevor Ingram in Singapore.

Burke advises international companies, with a focus on those with operations in Greater China, on all aspects of investigations, litigation and regulatory enforcement proceedings.

Ingram and Yeung represent both issuers and underwriters of equity and debt offerings in the U.S. and internationally.

The 13 new partners are based in Shearman & Sterling’s Hong Kong, London, New York, Paris, Singapore and Washington, DC offices.
