Singapore firm TSMP Law Corporation has welcomed back Wun Wen-na as a director from Singapore Power, where she held an in-house role.

Wun’s practice areas include equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and construction project-related transactions.

Previously at TSMP between 2000 and 2006, Wun has also worked with DBS Trustees and Singapore Airlines.
