Taylor Wessing (Middle East) has hired three lawyers,to be based in Dubai, to boost its employment, corporate, and intellectual property teams.

Sarah Malik joins as counsel and specialises in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law. She was previously an independent barrister at Hardwicke Chambers in London.

Corporate lawyer Adnan Chida advises on M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures, and capital markets transactions. He was hired from White & Case, where he was an associate.

Intellectual property associate Candice Cothill specialises in matters involving anti-counterfeiting, copyright, advertising and promotion, company names, and domain names.

Taylor Wessing currently has six partners at its Dubai office which was launched after a merger with Dubai associate firm Key & Dickson.
