Former Norton Rose partner and joint national head of the equity and capital markets practice, Tim Flahvin, has joined Thomsons Lawyers.
Flahvin specialises in equity raising and mergers and acquisitions. He advises extensively on all aspects of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, and in recent years has had considerable exposure in the resources area, working with explorers and junior coal mining companies.
He has acted for a number of listed and unlisted companies and has regularly advised on IPOs, rights issues and formal takeovers during a 20 year period.
Flahvin is based in the Sydney office of Thomsons.
