Thomsons Lawyers has again added to its Brisbane office with the appointment of former McMahon Clarke partner Chris Mee as a special counsel. 

Mee has more than 12 years’ experience in funds management and capital raisings. He is experienced in AFS licence applications, managed investment scheme structuring, preparation of scheme documents for registered and unregistered funds, preparation of product disclosure statements and other regulated documents, ongoing scheme compliance and Australian Securities Investment Commission liaising.
