UK law firm Trowers & Hamlins has moved corporate specialist Tom Reynolds from its Bahrain office to Kuala Lumpur, and also elevated him to the partnership. 

Reynolds started his career at Trowers & Hamlins in 2009 as a trainee solicitor and has experience advising on corporate, commercial, banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on corporate work. He became a senior associate at the firm in 2015.

He advises governmental institutions, banks, fund and asset managers, operating businesses and high net worth individuals sectors such as PE, financial services, wholesale Islamic and conventional banking, real estate development, telecommunications, food & beverage, insurance, industrial, and aviation.

Trowers plans expansion of SEA presence with SG office

UK law firm Trowers & Hamlins has applied to open an office in Singapore, which, if approved, will be the firm’s second in Southeast Asia. The firm is also eyeing a collaboration with local dispute resolution boutique Braddell Brothers.
