Trowers & Hamlins has promoted managing associate Kate Marshall to partnership in Oman.

Marshall specialises in corporate matters ranging from fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures to supply and distribution agreements and corporate governance.  She acts for both public and private companies across a industries including telecommunications, IT, FMCG, manufacturing and property development.

In Oman, Marshall has been involved in a number of projects, including the formation and IPO of Oman's first Islamic bank and the Ghubrah independent water project, the largest project of this type in Oman.
