Washington, DC-headquartered Crowell & Moring’s policy and regulatory affairs arm has opened an office in Singapore, the firm’s second in Asia after Shanghai.
The newly established office of C&M International will advise global businesses on the policy and regulatory landscape across Asia. It currently consists of Clark Jennings, director at C&M International and a former White House official.
The move to Singapore comes less than a year after C&M International opened its Shanghai office with the hire of at least ten lawyers from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
C&M International, which was set up more than three decades ago to complement Crowell & Moring’s legal services, provides advices on cross-border transactional, investigative, policy, and regulatory matters.
