White & Case has appointed David Albagli as a local partner in its intellectual property practice in Tokyo from Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner. 

Albagli’s practice focuses on IP issues including patent portfolio strategy development as well as patent litigation, prosecution, opinion work, plus due diligence investigations and pre-litigation counseling. He also has experience in transactional IP and patent matters, particularly in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, including chemicals, polymers, semiconductors and medical devices.

David’s arrival underlines our commitment to our clients in these important industries.
