White & Case has bolstered its global M&A and India practices with the hire of Pradyumna Mysoor as a local partner in the firm’s Hong Kong office.

Mysoor represents global clients on their investments and deals in India, and advises Indian companies on their outbound M&A and capital markets transactions.

Mysoor joins White & Case from Linklaters, where he was a managing associate. Prior to that, he was a senior associate at Indian firm Kochhar & Co, and an associate at J. Sagar Associates.

“Prady is a valuable addition to the firm, and will play a strategic role as we continue to broaden our platform supporting Indian clients and international clients active in India,” said Nandan Nelivigi, White & Case’s New-York based India practice head, in a statement.

With the addition of Mysoor, White & Case now has 12 partners in Hong Kong.

White & Case recently hired private equity partner Peggy Wang and M&A partner Kyungseok Kim in Hong Kong. The firm also appointed Eric Berg as its new Asia head in March.
