Withers KhattarWong, the formal law alliance between Withers and Singapore firm KhattarWong, has hired Farhana Siddiqui from Drew & Napier as partner.

Siddiqui is an M&A and finance specialist whose practice covers public and private M&A, debt structuring and restructuring with a special focus on PE, private capital and family office fund transactions.

Recently, Withers hired partners David Mallinson and Lada Shelkovnikova in Hong Kong and Singapore, respectively. It also added Marcus Hinkley, the former Singapore head of offshore law firm Collas Crill, as a special counsel in August, and hired partner Mahesh Kumar in June.
