Withers KhattarWong has added Lada Shelkovnikova, formerly of the UAE's Al Tamimi & Co., as a partner in its hotels and hospitality practice in Singapore. 

Shelkovnikova specialises in a wide range of hospitality and hotel development transactions, including hotel acquisitions and disposals, branded residences/serviced apartments, project structuring of mixed-use developments, and hotel operator appointments. She has acted for clients based in in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Turkey, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, Georgia and Ukraine. 

Shelkovnikova's appointment comes after Withers boosted its hotel and hospitality operations in Hong Kong with the addition of David Mallinson from Mayer Brown JSM in August.
