许轲女士毕业于复旦大学法学院和范德堡大学法学院并取得纽约州执业资格。曾在多家大型律所担任资深律师，业务注重企业并购, 能源和基础建设。自2016年担任白银有色（北京）国际投资有限公司法务总监以来，认真履行工作职责，领导法律部处理公司法律事务相关工作，为公司决策管理提供专业性建议，保障公司经营正常有序进行以及各项业务顺利开展。鉴于境外投资项目涉及法域不同内容各异，法律知识跨度较大，为配合集团公司的内部人才培养计划，同时应对法务部的工作提出了较高的要求和挑战，许轲女士一直鼓励员工积极参加后续教育，提高自身素质，拓展业务能力。后续许轲女士将继续支持员工自我提升，培养企业的后备力量，塑造拼搏进取自强不息的企业文化，保持企业永继经营的生命力。

Hong has been selected as “Next Generation Lawyers” in both China Corporate and M&A and Private Equity/Venture Capital practices by leading foreign ranking organization 2018 & 2019.

高伟绅北京办公室合伙人张宏律师在公司事务，尤其是并购和合资领域拥有超过15年的执业经验。张律师毕业于中国华东政法大学，获得法律学士学位，并获得美国哥伦比亚大学法学院的法律硕士学位（荣誉证书）。张律师被知名评级机构2018年及2019年刊连续评为中国公司事务/并购以及私募股权领域值得关注的律师。

Michelle Jin has over ten years of legal professional experience. She has extensive experience in asset reorganization, venture capital, cross-border financing, and foreign-related mergers and acquisitions.  Ms. Jin has helped dozens of companies to achieve off-shore reorganization of their assets and to finalize investment transactions.

Ms. Jin graduated from the Renmin University of China Law School with an LL.M.

Lead the strategic business development of Refinitiv Risk Management BU in China market. Prior to this, Jay accumulated 10 years professional industry experience as Product Manager, with profound insight in market trends, regulation and business process of operational risk management. Prior to joining Refinitiv, Jay worked as Tax Risk Analyst at Morgan Stanley, graduated from University of Glasgow, UK.

王冀先生负责路孚特风险管理业务在中国市场的拓展与战略工作。在此之前作为风险管理业务的产品经理，有近10年的行业经验，熟悉市场风险、操作风险管理领域法规和业务流程。加入路孚特之前，在摩根斯坦利担任税务风险分析师。王冀先生毕业于英国格拉斯哥大学经济系。

As the head of corporate services, Echo’s experience ranges from foreign direct investment (FDI), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate structure, foreign loan financing, IP rights and royalties, share swaps, corporate governance, internal control, risk management, and implementation of corporate secretarial platforms/systems. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification. Echo is also a board secretary for several Fortune 500 companies within Greater China.

李楠是TMF Group中国华东区企业秘书服务总监。她在企业法律、企业秘书和咨询领域拥有超过15年的经验，为全球不同行业领域的客户提供高品质服务。

作为企业秘书服务总监，李楠在对外直接投资、并购、企业架构、国外贷款融资、知识产权与使用费、股票互换、公司治理、内部控制、风险管理和企业秘书平台/系统实施领域有丰富的经验。

李楠毕业于中南财经政法大学法律系，拥有法学学士学位，她同时拥有国际公认反洗钱师资格。此外，李楠也是大中华区内数家中国财富世界500强企业的董事会秘书。
