Allen & Gledhill, TMI Associates, Haiwen & Partners and YKVN have advised Nanofilm Technologies International on its S$510.1 million ($383.53 million) initial public offering on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading (SGX-ST), with Allen & Overy and JunHe counselling the issue managers and bookrunners.

Allen & Gledhill also advised the vendors in this IPO.

Nanofilm, which counts Canon and Microsoft among its customers, is a provider of nanotechnology solutions in Asia.

Reuters reported that the IPO is a rare listing of a high-tech firm on the Singapore Exchange, which has become a global hub for real estate investment trusts over the past decade.

Southeast Asian IPOs have raised $7.24 billion this year, up 24 percent from a year ago, according to Refinitiv data.

Partners Tan Tze Gay, Rhys Goh and Wu Zhaoqi led the Allen & Gledhill team.
