Pinsent Masons MPillay and PJS Law have advised the Asian Development Bank in its role supporting the Philippines Department of Transportation (DOTr) on the 170.6-billion-peso ($3 billion) refurbishment and expansion of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila.
This is one of the three planned major airport expansion projects using public-private partnership managed by the DOTr and the Manila International Airport Authority, according to the Department of Finance of the Philippines.
The Pinsent Masons team is being led by partners James Harris and David Platt. The PJS Law team is being led by CEO Regina Jacinto-Barrientos.
